Tragedy in Brazil – An Unfortunate Reminder

Late in the night on January 26, 2013, a fire roared through a nightclub in Southern Brazil, killing over 230 people.  Something as horrific as this could never happen again, right?  Unfortunately, this was a question many people were asking themselves nearly ten years ago.
